Terms & Conditions of Sale
  1. All goods sold by BPC Technology come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. All BPC Technology customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
  2. All products carry return to base warranty unless otherwise stated. No advance replacement is available. Return shipping and insurance fees are paid by the customer when sending goods back to BPC Technology, unless special discount / arrangement given. BPC Technology will pay shipping fees when sending goods back to the customer.
  3. Proof of purchase are required for all returns. An online return authorisation must be filed and approved for any products being sent back to BPC Technology. For more information please visit bpctech.com.au/returns
  4. A fee of $129.00 plus return shipping will be charged if the goods are found to be not faulty.
  5. Returns of non faulty items are considered on a case by case basis. A minimum 15% restocking fee applies.
  6. Above goods remain the property of BPC Technology until payment has been received in full. Until title passes, BPC Technology can retain, repossess and/or resell all goods.

Pricing & Product Information
All prices include GST and are listed in Australian Dollars only. Only official Australian product versions listed. Because of the dynamic nature of this industry (e.g. exchange rate variations and other variables beyond our control), prices, versions, product details and availability are subject to change on a continual basis without prior notice. Errors and omissions excepted. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, currency fluctuations and other issues outside of our control may result in unforseen changes to advertised information. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates. Goods are not supplied on a trial or "sale and return" basis. Please check specifications and compatibility with the manufacturer prior to purchasing. Goods ordered by fax or post will be charged at the price current at the time of our receipt of the order.
Rental Finance
Rental finance is available to approved customers on selected hardware items over $500. Benefit from tax deductible monthly payments (may not apply - seek professional advice) which are good for cashflow. How does it work? Simply select the equipment needed and Finance Company will buy it and rent it back to you. Figures shown are based on 48 month continuous term and include GST and stamp duty. Call us for details.
Academic Pricing & Availability
When purchasing academic, educational or government licensed product, it is a requirement of the manufacturer that proof of qualification (eg: student enrolment card ,or employment at an educational institution or government department) is supplied. Simply send a clearly legible copy of your proof of identification (refer below) stating your web order number

Please note that orders cannot be dispatched until the required information is received and approved. Note: Academic, educational or government product may not be used for commercial purposes - heavy penalties apply Proof of enrolment/employment must either be:

* A copy of an official photo identification card from the education institution, or official documentation from the educational institution's registration office or government department verifying that the individual is a current student/employee of the institution at the time of purchase.

* For Microsoft products, if the official identification card does not include a photograph of the student/employee, the copy of the identification card must be accompanied by secondary photo identification.

Please include your web order number together with proof of identification to aid our processing of your order.

Payment Method
For online orders we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Amex. If a credit account is set up in your name, you may place orders on your account (see 'Credit Accounts' below). Alternatively, please call 03 9541 9000 to enquire about other forms of payment including cheque and EFT.
    • Internet Payment Service
The National Secure Internet Payment Service is our Internet payment gateway that enables secure online authorisation of credit card transactions over the internet. The service offers Industry Standards Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and is fully integrated into our web site.
    • Credit Accounts
Accounts may be opened on request for Government Departments, Educational Institutions and selected incorporated businesses, subject to credit and other checks we may require. Please call 03 9541 9000 to request a copy of our Credit Application Form. Note: Goods shall remain the property of BPC Technology Pty.Ltd until such time as payment in full has been received.
Conditions of Delivery
Freight charges are calculated on the basis of weight of goods and location of delivery. Actual freight charges for your order will be calculated and displayed once you have selected the product(s) to be purchased and clicked on 'Submit Order'. Approximate freight charges are as follows:
      • Under 5kg - $10;
      • 5-15kg (e.g. printer) - $18;
      • Over 15kg (e.g. system) - $30.

Special freight offers may be available as advertised from time to time.

We dispatch 85% of orders same day. Order by 1:00 pm for same-day dispatch (weekdays only) for products in stock. An authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and receive the goods. Photo identification may be requested.

The goods shall be at the customer's risk from the date of delivery or when the customer is notified that the goods are available for delivery, whichever comes first. BPC Technology Pty.Ltd shall use its best endeavours to meet the anticipated supply date or to supply the goods as soon as reasonably possible. If the customer fails or refuses to take delivery of the goods, the customer shall be liable for all loss and damage (including consequential loss and damage) suffered or incurred by BPC Technology Pty.Ltd, as a result thereof, including all storage and handling costs, and BPC Technology Pty.Ltd, at its absolute discretion, may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price.

International orders
For international orders, please call customer service on +61 3 9541 9000. Payment by cheque or direct deposit only. Insurance for the delivery of goods is required for all international orders. Allow ten working days for cheque or direct deposit clearance.
Login Name & Password Confidentiality and Liability
It is the responsibility of the customer to protect and authorise the use of logon codes and passwords. BPC Technology Pty.Ltd will not and cannot take responsibility for customer login code, password protection, and use. Account customers are liable to pay all monies outstanding from any purchase(s) of goods on their account by any person that uses their username or password. Non-account customers, please note: every order will require payment in full before goods are dispatched. Therefore, in the unlikely event that you receive an order fraudulently placed on your account, please inform BPC Technology Pty.Ltd immediately. We will arrange the return of the goods as well as contact the relevant criminal investigation authority.
 
Errors & Omissions
At BPC Technology Pty.We work hard to offer you the most competitive pricing and accurate product information. Because of the dynamic nature of this industry (e.g. vendor price changes and other variables beyond our control), prices, promotions, versions and availability advertised are subject to change without prior notice. Please be assured of our every effort to ensure accuracy; however, specifications, features, documents and graphics published may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. BPC Technology Pty.Ltd makes no representations about the suitability of this information; it is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. If an error is made or a product is listed at an incorrect price, BPC Technology Pty.Ltd shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, BPC Technology Pty.Ltd shall immediately issue a refund.
 
Return or Exchange of Goods

Computer software: Return or exchange of computer software will gladly be accepted if the product is faulty. Where the plastic seal is broken, and the software is neither incorrect nor defective, the return or exchange will not be accepted due to copyright and licensing restrictions.

Computer hardware: Return or exchange of computer hardware is subject to stricter guidelines based upon third-party constraints on BPC Technology Pty. Ltd. You should confirm with BPC Technology Pty—Ltd before purchasing whether a computer hardware item is a returnable, exchangeable or firm sale. We do not accept non-faulty returns on PCs and servers, notebooks, palmtop computers, hard drives, CPUs, and memory.

Where a manufacturer offers a money-back guarantee, you will generally be required to send the product directly to the manufacturer, who will process the refund themselves.

Right of refusal for the return or exchange of products is at the discretion of BPC Technology Pty.Ltd , except where the Trade Practices Act of Australia makes allowance. Restocking fee of up to 20% plus freight cost may apply to no-fault return.

Warranty & Service
All products sold by BPC Technology Pty.Ltd are covered by manufacturer's warranties. BPC Technology Pty.Ltd does not guarantee the functionality or compatibility of product.
Backorder Cancellation Policy

Please send all backorder cancellation requests to [email protected] or phone +61 3 9541 9000. Except for "special orders", an order may be cancelled before it has left our warehouse with no cancellation fee. If the order has left our warehouse, a fee may apply to cover courier and restocking costs.

Please note that FULL payment is required for all Back Order products before the order is placed with our suppliers.

Gaming PC Order without assembly

1, Since the PC is not assembled by us, a 2 years labour warranty will not be provided with this order. The 2-year manufactory warranty still applies as normal.
 
2, No refund for induvial parts will be accepted with the build, as we sold them as a complete bundle. We will provide a replacement only if there is any issue with the parts. Otherwise, all parts need to be returned as one in order to get a refund, depending on the case.
 
3, Some parts will only be provided as OEM packs (no retail package) and will depend on our stock. It will be listed on the parts list once stock is reserved.
 
4, Additional postage may apply since all the packaged parts will be included and shipped to you.
 
Changes to Terms and Conditions
BPC Technology Pty.Ltd (ABN: 29 133 654 761) may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. The customer is responsible for reading and understanding these terms and conditions each time an order is placed.
