We do not charge any handling fees on orders picked up from our Melbourne stores – so you will not need to pay anything extra to collect your order in-store. To pick up your MSI products in-store, you can make the purchase online, and choose to pick up in your preferred location.

What Payment Methods are Accepted for MSI?

What is Your Refund and Exchange Policy on MSI?

We understand that in some cases, a return or exchange may be needed. All goods sold by BPC Technology, including MSI products, come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. All BPC Technology customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. You are also entitled to have Pcs, Gaming Computers, Monitors, Video Cards repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
