• NSW/ ACT delivery generally takes between 1-5 business days*
• QLD delivery generally takes between 2-7 business days*
• TAS delivery generally takes between 1-7 business days*
• SA delivery generally takes between 1-7 business days*
• Delivery in all other states generally takes 4-7 business days*

*Business days include Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Some regional area delivery make take up to 14 business days. Delivery estimates are only provided on the assumption that the right Imou Smart IOT Solutions products are in stock at the time of ordering.

Can I Collect My Imou Smart IOT Solutions In-store?

Where available, you can collect your Imou Smart IOT Solutions purchase from our Hetherton or Mt Waverley Store locations in Melbourne. We do not charge any handling fees on orders picked up from our Melbourne stores – so you will not need to pay anything extra to collect your order in-store. To pick up your Imou products in-store, you can make the purchase online, and choose to pick up in your preferred location.

What Payment Methods are Accepted for Imou?

Shopping Imou Smart IOT Solutions through BPC Technology, online payment methods accepted include using a Credit Card*, Direct Deposit, or a Credit Term Account. In-store, we accept both cash and EFTPOS payment.

*Please be advised that paying by Credit Card incurs a 2% surcharge for VISA/ Mastercard, and 3% for AMEX, on top of your total costs.

What is Your Refund and Exchange Policy on Imou?

We understand that in some cases, a return or exchange may be needed. All goods sold by BPC Technology, including Imou products, come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. All BPC Technology customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. You are also entitled to have SMART IOT Devices repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
