• TAS delivery generally takes between 1-7 business days*
• SA delivery generally takes between 1-7 business days*
• Delivery in all other states generally takes 4-7 business days*

We do not charge any handling fees on orders picked up from our Melbourne stores – so you will not need to pay anything extra to collect your order in-store. What Payment Methods are Accepted for EPOS?

What is Your Refund and Exchange Policy on EPOS?

We understand that in some cases, a return or exchange may be needed. All goods sold by BPC Technology, including EPOS products, come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. All BPC Technology customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. You are also entitled to have Gaming Headphones and Audio Accessories repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
