What Payment Methods are Accepted for Cougar?

What is Your Refund and Exchange Policy on Cougar?

We understand that in some cases, a return or exchange may be needed. All goods sold by BPC Technology, including Cougar products, come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. All BPC Technology customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. You are also entitled to have PC Gaming Parts and Accessories repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
