How Long Does Shipping Take for Asus Online Orders?

Shipping costs for all Asus products and Computer Parts & Accessories will depend on stock availability, and where you’re located in Australia. Here at BPC Technology, we offer general courier delivery across Australia. Your Asus product deliveries will be sent with either Australia Post or Fastway couriers.

• VIC delivery generally takes between 1-2 business days*
• NSW/ ACT delivery generally takes between 1-5 business days*
• QLD delivery generally takes between 2-7 business days*
• TAS delivery generally takes between 1-7 business days*
• SA delivery generally takes between 1-7 business days*
• Delivery in all other states generally takes 4-7 business days*

*Business days include Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Some regional area delivery make take up to 14 business days. Delivery estimates are only provided on the assumption that the right Asus Computers and Accessories products are in stock at the time of ordering.

Can I Collect My Asus Computers and Accessories In-store?

Where available, you can collect your Asus Computers and Accessories purchase from our Hetherton or Mt Waverley Store locations in Melbourne. We do not charge any handling fees on orders picked up from our Melbourne stores – so you will not need to pay anything extra to collect your order in-store. To pick up your Asus products in-store, you can make the purchase online, and choose to pick up in your preferred location.

Please note that not all products from the BPC Computer Parts & Accessories range can be collected in-store – if you’re looking to pick up or purchase Asus Computers and Accessories from our Melbourne BPC Technology stores, be sure to either purchase online or check availability and stock with our team prior to pick up.

What Payment Methods are Accepted for Asus?

Shopping Asus Computers and Accessories through BPC Technology, online payment methods accepted include using a Credit Card*, Direct Deposit, or a Credit Term Account. In-store, we accept both cash and EFTPOS payment.

*Please be advised that paying by Credit Card incurs a 2% surcharge for VISA/ Mastercard, and 3% for AMEX, on top of your total costs.

What is Your Refund and Exchange Policy on Asus?

We understand that in some cases, a return or exchange may be needed. All goods sold by BPC Technology, including Asus products, come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. All BPC Technology customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. You are also entitled to have Computer Parts & Accessories repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
