• NSW/ ACT delivery generally takes between 1-5 business days*
• QLD delivery generally takes between 2-7 business days*
• TAS delivery generally takes between 1-7 business days*
• SA delivery generally takes between 1-7 business days*
• Delivery in all other states generally takes 4-7 business days*

*Business days include Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Some regional area delivery make take up to 14 business days. Delivery estimates are only provided on the assumption that the right AMD Microchips products are in stock at the time of ordering.

Can I Collect My AMD Microchips In-store?

Where available, you can collect your AMD Microchips purchase from our Hetherton or Mt Waverley Store locations in Melbourne. We do not charge any handling fees on orders picked up from our Melbourne stores – so you will not need to pay anything extra to collect your order in-store. To pick up your AMD products in-store, you can make the purchase online, and choose to pick up in your preferred location.

Please note that not all products from the BPC Computer Processors range can be collected in-store – if you’re looking to pick up or purchase AMD Microchips from our Melbourne BPC Technology stores, be sure to either purchase online or check availability and stock with our team prior to pick up.

What Payment Methods are Accepted for AMD?

Shopping AMD Microchips through BPC Technology, online payment methods accepted include using a Credit Card*, Direct Deposit, or a Credit Term Account. In-store, we accept both cash and EFTPOS payment.

*Please be advised that paying by Credit Card incurs a 2% surcharge for VISA/ Mastercard, and 3% for AMEX, on top of your total costs.

What is Your Refund and Exchange Policy on AMD?

We understand that in some cases, a return or exchange may be needed. All goods sold by BPC Technology, including AMD products, come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. All BPC Technology customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. You are also entitled to have Computer Processors repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
