Can I Collect My Pre Built Gaming PC In-store?
Where available, you can collect your Pre Built Gaming PC purchase from our Mt Waverley Store location in Melbourne. We do not charge any handling fees on orders picked up from our Melbourne stores – so you will not need to pay anything extra to collect your order in-store. To pick up your Pre Built Gaming PC in-store, you can make the purchase online, and choose to pick up in your preferred location.
Please note that not all products from the BPC Computer Processors range can be collected in-store – if you’re looking to pick up or purchase Pre Built Gaming PC from our Melbourne BPC Technology stores, be sure to either purchase online or check availability and stock with our team prior to pick up.
What Payment Methods are Accepted for Pre Built Gaming PC?
Shopping Pre Built Gaming PC Microchips through BPC Technology, online payment methods accepted include using a Credit Card*, Direct Deposit, or a Credit Term Account. In-store, we accept both cash and EFTPOS payments.

What is Your Refund and Exchange Policy on Pre Built Gaming PC?
We understand that in some cases, a return or exchange may be needed. All goods sold by BPC Technology, including Pre Built Gaming PC products, come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. All BPC Technology customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. You are also entitled to have Computer Processors repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
