Product Manager – Mount Waverley
 
We seek enthusiastic individuals to join our Product Management department as a Product Manager located in Mount Waverley, VIC. 
At the current time, we have Full-Time opportunities for suitable candidates.
 
As a product manager, your primary responsibilities will be: 
  • To be active in new product selection, planning and sourcing.
  • Develop distribution rights with quality brand vendors.
  • Assist in conducting product training courses for other staff members, especially sales.
  • Initiate ABC analysis, create product portfolios and future project products.
  • Achieve Revenue budget
  • Set pricing strategy and monitor gross profit achievements.
  • Analyse competing products on features and price.
  • Assist with controlling inventory level and turnover rate.
  • Work in conjunction with Vendors and Marketing for co-op advertising, promotion campaigns and providing media for product releases/evaluations.

 

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Minimum of two or more years of experience in a similar position, preferably with a reputable distributor in product management, sales, or IT. 
  • University degree specialising in Marketing or Business
  • Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Strong business and marketing acumen.
  • Proven track record in achieving results within a service industry environment.
  • Hold current driver's license and have your vehicle (essential)

Warehouse Officer – Mount Waverley
 
Are you experienced in warehouse operations? We seek responsible individuals to join our Warehouse Department as Warehouse Officer located in Mount Waverley, Melbourne.

As a Warehouse Officer, your primary responsibilities will be: 
  • Receive and dispatch goods from delivery drivers.
  • Pick products from the warehouse for pickup and delivery orders
  • Ensure timely shipments, deliveries, and handle customer inquiries
  • Verify quantity and quality of goods, freight invoices and prepare shipping documents
  • Data entry and inputting updates in the database
  • Loading/unloading from vans and trucks.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve customer questions and concerns

Technician – Mount Waverley

As a Technician, your primary responsibilities will be: 
  • Proficient in IT software and hardware, passionate about software, hardware, and the latest computer peripherals
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and all software services
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Professionally assembling and cable managing Gaming Build order
  • Communicating compatibility issues with QA and testing techs
  • Implementing and maintaining the roll-out of new applications and software services across departments to increase productivity and efficiency
